DESCRIPTION:O evento é gratuito e ocorrerá na Praça da Cinelândia em frente a Câmara dos Vereadores. É só chegar ! \nNesse evento iremos relatar dois casos de Política de Drogas em prática no mundo atualmente : o  estado do Colorado  (EUA) \,que legalizou a maconha em 2012\, e Portugal que descriminalizou todas as drogas em 2001.  \n A experiência com a legalização no Colorado é única  por conta da divulgação honesta dos números . Para as autoridades nada deve ser escondido do mundo : impacto na saúde\, desídia laborativa\, arrecadação de impostos\, índice de criminalidade\, influência no turismo . Tudo é acompanhado milimetricamente. Até agora os números são ótimos a ponto do próprio Chefe de Polícia passar a elogiar a medida. Há \, porém\, um segmento descontente  – os traficantes mexicanos. Eles perderam feio . \nO pequeno país europeu\, Portugal\, há 16 anos estabeleceu uma política unica no mundo\, descriminalizou todas as drogas. Sendo assim há 16 anos ninguém mais é preso por consumo de drogas\, a política estatal saiu do ambito da repressão aos usuários para um âmbito de tratamento.  A experiência portuguesa é muito interessante devido a sua longevidade e aparente sucesso já que não há índicios de que a proibição entrará em voga novamente.  \nPor favor\, não tragam drogas ilícitas para o evento

Speakers for the are Dr. Hershey Garner from the Highlands Oncology Group\, Dr. Tammy Post from BetterLiving RX\, Jason Martin from Arkansas Cannabis Industry Association\,  Dr. Jan Bartlett and Dr. Kurt Doege from Biotech Pharmacal\, and Dr. Zoraida Aguilar from Zystein\, LLC.  This event  will be held at the University of Arkansas Science and Engineering Building along Dickson Street in Fayetteville at Room 101.  Registration will begin at 4:30 PM and the event will last until 7:30 PM. Light refreshments will be served. This event I FREE. \nBNA is an organization of scientists\, engineers\, students\, and people in Arkansas who are passionate about technology and economic growth. BNA was set up in 2014 and currently has about 100 supporters.  Their mission is to foster collaborations and cooperation from various companies\, public and private organizations\, the academia and other institutions for the growth of nanotechnology and biotechnology that will promote economic growth.   Every event involves getting to  know the attendees and the speakers in order to foster cooperative endeavors in support of the  mission of  the organization.
